What is the Circle In platform?

Circle In is a digital-first employee benefits platform that provides on-demand access to expert advice for caregiving employees and their managers at every life stage. With over 700 data-backed resources developed by global experts, the Circle In platform caters to every life stage, from caring for aging parents, or planning a baby through to the teenage years, providing caregivers with personalized resources when and where they’re most needed. Users can access bite sized, practical support and their company’s latest policies along with inspiration from real stories of lived experience.

How do I access the Circle In platform?

Firstly, visit your unique company invitation url and register your details with your unique company code. Create your profile with your company email address. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome email with a link back to the platform to login. You can always visit app.circlein.com and login with your email and password.

Can I access the platform if I’m not a parent or caregiver?

Absolutely, the platform is available to all employees. The program provides support across five key journey stages: from planning a baby, expecting, going on leave, returning to work and through to the ongoing juggle of being a working parent and/or caregiver. The platform also has a dedicated Caregivers Hub to support those with caring responsibilities such as elderly parents or family members with special needs. Parents, caregivers and managers are also supported by a Manager and Wellness Hub that promotes employee wellbeing.

Can my partner/members of my household register on the platform?

Unfortunately, no. However, we encourage you to go through the platform with your partner/family member to read the inspiration and advice articles, download guides/checklists and watch the webinars together. This can be a great opportunity to spend as a family while planning for a baby, awaiting the baby’s arrival, managing the juggle, etc

What other data is collected via Circle In?

A minimal amount of user data will be collected to provide a tailored user experience. Of the limited user data collected by Circle In at the time of registration, none of it is considered “sensitive”.
