A MESSAGE FROM BRENDAN BRITTEN, MANAGING PARTNER
When I meet new people, I often introduce myself as the dad of three boys, rather than Managing Partner of Pitcher Partners. It sets a different tone to the start of a conversation and shows the real me. Outside the office my three boys are the focus for my partner and me. Having children is one of the greatest things to have happened to me and it is a big part of my life.
That’s why it is important to me that our Firm supports our people and their families, established or growing. Balancing career and family can be challenging, so the more we can do to support you, the better. Partnering with Circle In, we are able to offer you access to tools and resources to support the parenting journey and help connect you with the experience of other parents and stay in touch with us while on parental leave. One of the key features I really like is the online coaching tool, which can help as you prepare for and are on parental leave, as well as planning for your return to work. These transitions are key for you and our Firm and getting them right is in the best interests of everyone.
