Welcome to Visy Circle In – a new initiative which provides an online portal for Visy’s working parents and their families to help support them manage the challenges of balancing their work and family commitments. Visy Circle In will also provide better support to our managers and their teams, prompting more regular communication with our people on maternity and paternity leave and keeping them connected to Visy. Visy Circle In is available to all Visy employees and their families. It provides support for all stages of family life including: planning a family, preparing for parental leave, commencing parental leave, during parental leave, planning a return to work and post return to work. It features on-demand resources, news and communication and real life stories from the Visy workplace. It can be accessed 24/7.
