SIGN IN Welcome to the Arup Parents & Carers Portal. As people of Arup, we strive to shape a better world. To do this, we need to bring together the most creative talent from all of us and equally, have each of us feel supported to bring their best to Arup. Our workplaces and our home lives are constantly changing, with many parents and carers experiencing personal challenges as they pursue their hopes for their family and their careers. Through the Arup Parents & Carers Portal, you can stay connected while on parental leave, find support when returning to work, and access a wide range of resources at any point of your parenting or caring journey. The portal caters for parents and carers at every life stage; from planning a baby through to the caring for aging parents.  It provides parents and carers with access to resources when and where they are needed. You can access bite sized, practical support from experts along with inspiration from real stories of lived experience. Managers can find resources to best support their team members who have caring responsibilities and the portal also has a dedicated wellness hub with resources for everyone. We are proud and excited to offer industry leading parental and carer support across our Region, and to partner with Circle In in providing this portal to support our working families.
