Circle In has been introduced as a direct result of our research into Diversity and Inclusion needs at Bega. In a recent survey we found that over 49% of women at Bega had primary caring responsibilities. We have formulated a strategy including three pillars, one is to support working families. This is an important aspect of our Diversity and Inclusion blueprint and shows our commitment to making Bega a great place to work, for all our people.

At Bega, we are committed to continually evolving our culture and employee experience. We are always on the lookout for initiatives that will help you feel supported during life’s challenges and milestones, and that is why we’ve partnered with Circle In to create this personalised Parents and Carers Platform.
The platform is designed to help new parents stay connected before, during and after parental leave and support our working parents and caregivers to manage their everyday work-life juggle. With on-demand resources and inspiring real life stories from other working parents and caregivers, this platform is available for you to access at any time, anywhere.
Circle In also supports your manager with resources and nudges to ensure that you feel included and supported in your caregiving experiences and career aspirations.
Over the next few weeks, we will also be able to share a harmonised Families at Bega Policy that will incorporate the best of the existing Bega Dairy and Drinks and Bega Cheese policies. For the time being, please refer to your existing policy.
We hope that this platform helps you feel supported and equipped to successfully navigate your career and home life.
