A Message from Culture Amp

Hi Campers, 

Welcome to Culture Amp’s Circle In platform. Being a Culture First company includes supporting each other to be our best selves, both personally and professionally. The wellbeing of all of our Campers is fundamental to both what we achieve and how we achieve it.

Our parents and caregivers make up a significant portion of our camp, they spread across all of our groups, locations and races. Each one of them is special. For having a child or caring for another human being is one of the greatest things to do in life. But at times, it is also one of the hardest things to do in life, especially when also being passionate about having a career at the same time.

We are lucky to live in an age where these two things are no longer seen as mutually exclusive. Whilst we still have a little way to go, we are proud of our support offerings to parents and caregivers including our parental leave policy and our ongoing flexible work support.

Circle In adds a fantastic addition to our offerings with its comprehensive suite of tools and resources to increase the wellbeing, productivity and connection for parents and caregivers, as well as provide support for those leading and working with parents and caregivers. This support role also does not go unnoticed so we say thank you.
