Dear Colleague, At Elysium we want to make sure all our people are supported through key life events. We’ve partnered with ‘Circle in’. Circle in provide an on-line resource platform (available 24/7 365 days per year) to help you navigate these moments, so you don’t have to choose between your career and providing care for another person be they young, old and/or ill. Circle in is helping us build on our family friendly and flexible working policies by providing you with support and resources which are tailored to your caring responsibilities outside work. This may be being pregnant, becoming a new parent, caring for ageing parents or supporting a family member in need. Circle in also provide resources and support to line managers to help them support their people to balance the complexities of their home and work life.
