Welcome to your Circle In platform

We're excited to have you here!

This platform is designed to set you up for success at work as you navigate life's wonderful moments. Whether you're starting your parenthood journey, returning from leave or have caregiving responsibilities at home, we have articles, tips and resources in here for you to stay engaged, and thrive.

We also share stories from your colleagues who are living a similar juggle so you can be inspired, and feel less alone. We also have a Wellness Hub for the days when you just need some self love and care - use it generously to your heart's content!

A MESSAGE FROM KATE HILLMAN

Hello and welcome to the EY Parents and Carers Platform.

Our workplaces and our home lives are constantly changing and I know it can be challenging to balance the hopes for your family with your personal aspirations and career. As a carer myself, I know how challenging it can be to be there for those you love, yourself and achieve your career goals. When my father’s dementia required him to go into full time care, EY gave me the time and support to find the right placement for my dad, time to support my mum with the change and to take time to work through my own feelings in a way that gave me the outcomes I needed both personally and professionally.

The EY Parents and Carers Platform offers practical tools, inspiring stories, supporting information and expert advice, drawing on the combined wisdom of those who have done this before, to help you – as a carer, parent, or possibly both – across all stages of your journey. Our aim is to provide you with an easy way to stay connected to EY while on leave, access resources to understand options for taking leave to fulfil your caring duties, be supported in your return to work and access resources to help you navigate changes as your responsibilities change over time. Managers can also find resources to help support team members who are parents and carers.

My wish is that during your EY journey, you feel supported and equipped to shape the career journey that works for you and for your loved ones. Family is for everyone.
