Further to our Engagement Survey, Your+Voice, which was facilitated across the Australian Business in 2019, our culture was described as Hardworking, Dynamic, Driven and Innovative. Not far behind this were the words Inclusive and Flexible To continue our focus on Inclusion as well as Work & Life Blend, we have partnered with Circle In to support and empower parents. Assisting with enabling parents to thrive at work and home, Circle In offer a number of great tools that can be accessed at a time and place of your choosing. Circle In contains on-demand resources, news and communication for parents at all stages, from planning a pregnancy to being a working parent. It also offers support to employees and line managers to close the communication gap whilst an employee is on parental leave. As a parent myself and well aware of the challenges that can be presented throughout parenthood and in balancing work/personal life, I encourage you to make the most of the platform.
