Purpose

Quarterly Circle In End-User Feedback Surveys will be sent to all of your registered users. The aim of this survey is for your working parents and caregivers to be able to share feedback so that we may share back with you compelling insights such as:

  • The experience and utilisation of the platform by your working caregivers;
  • The content they currently enjoy or would like to see more of;
  • The overall perception of your caregivers towards their managers as a result of the support of their manager; 
  • The overall sentiment towards their workplace as a result of the caregiving support provided to them by the organization;
  • How likely your working caregivers are to recommend your organization to others as a caregiver-friendly workplace
 

To ensure the insights we collect from the survey represent the majority of voices of your parents and caregivers, we highly encourage you to send the below nudge to your employees to reinforce the importance of completing the survey.  It is particularly helpful for companies with strong cyber security processes as it lets the employees know the email they'll receive is legitimate and safe to complete.

Hi all,

If you are registered to our Parents and Caregivers Platform, you will soon receive an email from Circle In to complete an Employee User Feedback Survey. 

We greatly value your feedback and by sparing a couple of minutes to complete the survey, you will be helping us improve Circle In’s platform and importantly, your caregiving experience by understanding what is helping you most, what you’d like to see more support for and where we and/or Circle In can improve the overall employee experience for our working families. 

This survey will take approximately two-three minutes to complete. All responses are 100% secure, anonymous, and will remain confidential.
