Purpose

Circle In supports organizations to build caring workplaces and showcase why and how they’re doing it! Beyond deployment of the platform itself, we also work in partnership with our customers in innovative ways to elevate your branding and EVP.

We love helping our customers to build and showcase their EVP by partnering with them to host various events to an internal, or external audience. Your objective may be to increase awareness of the Circle In platform to your existing employees, or to give your working caregivers a platform where they can share their caregiving experiences with others. 

Alternatively, you may be looking to externally showcase your organisation and how you are creating a culture that supports all caregivers to be the best version of themselves both at work, and at home.

Here are some ways we can assist you:

Customer Webinars (External Initiative)

We partner with you to design, co-host and promote a 30-45 minute live interactive session attended by external attendees on a mutually agreed thought leadership topic. The session is an opportunity to showcase the ways you create a culture that supports all caregivers to be their best selves at work and in life.

Fireside Chat (Open to be held Internally or Externally, as per Customers request)

A 30-min session run live and open to external attendees on a mutually agreed topic. These sessions are more informal than our webinars and are typically a relaxed casual conversation between one of our co- founders and your nominated senior leader, e.g Managing Director, CEO, or Head of People and Culture.

Keynote and Panel Q&A (Open to be held Internally or Externally, as per Customers preference)

This is a 45 min session facilitated by a Circle In host and 3-4 nominated employees from your organization who are willing to share their experience as a caregiving employee and/or manager.

Virtual Tours (Internal Initiative)

A short 15-30 min session run with either your manager cohort and/or your Circle In advocate team to introduce them to the platform and showcase the support and resources it provides your people. These can be run as live sessions post-launch, or at your Employee Benefits fairs (if applicable). Alternatively, you can utilize our pre-recorded on demand tours or join one of our monthly office hours sessions available for anyone to join.
