Purpose
One of the most valuable resources that caregivers can access through the platform is the Community Real Stories. By sharing real stories, you are helping to inspire and support many others in your organization who may be in the same life stage and experiencing similar challenges or emotions. You can utilise our invitation template to initiate the first contact with potential participants.
Action
Stories are managed and completed via this link with Circle In’s Real Stories team. When you have any employees that are interested in sharing their story, please send them the link to complete the form. For any questions or issues you can email realstories@circlein.com directly.
Participants answer an initial few questions to ascertain key themes and a few more in-depth follow up questions to help get the most of their experience. There is no need to worry about perfect answers - the Circle In team will ensure the story is brought to life!
Once all the answers have been received (including any shared images) our team will edit the story and upload the story to the Community Real Stories page on the platform. Please note participants consent to share their story to the broader Circle In community as a 'Community Story'.

One of the most valuable and most loved resources on the platform are the Community Real Stories from working caregivers at . We are looking for a few parents and caregivers in our community to share their journey for the launch of the platform. By sharing your story, you are helping to inspire and support our community of parents and caregivers experiencing the same juggle, similar challenges and emotions, and helping others feel less alone in this journey. The best part is, Circle In will do all the heavy lifting for you and write the story. All you need to do is answer a few short questions tailored to your situation.
